Executive functioning skills are the foundation of how we meet our goals, stay organized, solve problems, manage emotions, and move successfully through school, work, and daily life. When these skills feel difficult or inconsistent, children, teens, and adults can quickly become overwhelmed.

My coaching is warm, practical, and grounded in more than twenty years of experience as a licensed school psychologist. I work with individuals of all ages to build essential life skills—planning, organization, time management, task initiation, emotional regulation, and follow-through—so that daily routines, academic work, and professional responsibilities feel more manageable and successful.

Alongside coaching, I provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, helping families understand a learner’s cognitive, academic, attentional, and executive functioning profile. These evaluations offer clarity, identify strengths and challenges, and lead to targeted recommendations that support real progress in school and life.

I also offer Gifted/Talented (GTE) assessments for families seeking deeper insight into advanced learning needs, enrichment pathways, or twice-exceptional (2e) profiles.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a co-host of the N.E.T. Collective Podcast, where I share practical insights on learning, executive functioning, ADHD, educational decision-making, and life transitions. This platform allows me to support a wider audience and gives families clear, relatable guidance rooted in real experience.
